Mr. Peepers Miller

December 13, 2004 – March 12, 2021

Mr. Peepers (aka Peepers, Peeps, Bub, Bubby, Buddy Boy, P-Pup, etc.), age 16, of Sebring, Ohio peacefully passed away on March 12, 2021.

Mr. Peepers was a confirmed bachelor, never marrying because he did not like to share his treats. He was known for being rambunctious and territorial, but super loving and spoiled. It is estimated that throughout his lifetime he destroyed hundreds of toys, just because he could. Never one to shy away from a fight, he liked to lick the cats until they were annoyed enough to fight. He famously caused a 2-mile perimeter search of Sebring one night when he disappeared after the smoke alarm went off (his nemesis). After searching by foot and by vehicle, he was discovered under the bed, where he had been the whole time. His other nemesis was the UPS guy who had no business on his property.

Peepers enjoyed staying indoors (especially if it was below 70 degrees), laying on the couch and cuddling with his parents. His favorite game was “eats” in which his Dad would throw his dog food, or cheerios, around the room and he would gobble it up like a chicken. Food was the center of his world, especially treats or anything his Dad was eating because Dad was always a sucker and would share. He also loved when his Uncle Ed would visit from Michigan because he would bring him the “good treats.”

Peepers is survived by his parents Chris and Kim Miller, brothers Mr. Tibbs and Finn; a sister, Cookie; and many loving friends and family. He was proceeded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ralph “Fuzzy” and Janice Miller and his Step-Grandfather, Paul Beane. Mr. Peepers was the goodest of good boys and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

No services will be held (only because of COVID, not because we wouldn’t do it - because we are “those people”) but Mr. Peepers will be cremated and returned to his parents who will continue to love him for eternity. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made to:
