Zoey August 2007- January 13th 2020
When my mom brought home Zoey, she was so happy to bring home such a cute and adorable “free pug”. Well, this silly baby girl may have been part pug, but her hyper boxer mix definitely showed. She was a small but mighty puppy. She loved running! One day she went for a run and ran to the guy who would end up being my husband. He held her in his hoodie as we walked around. Who knew this pup would have seen the family we became before we did. The three of us moved in together and started our family. On April 16th 2009, my husband and I had our daughter and on April 17th 2009 Zoey had her eight puppies. We couldn’t have asked for a better friend to experience pregnancy with and the raising of our child. We had 13 years together, of running, playing and cuddles. You were there looking out for our family. Anyone who encountered you, was met with kisses! You were my shadow, a friend and family. Even in your age, you were still a puppy at heart. Even in your last moments. You will be dearly missed, never forgotten! Love always our sweet angel! - Kara, Michael and Rowan.
